- Lot Description
A collection of ten (10) sterling and sterling handled tablewares.
i. One (1) tablespoon stamped "STERLING - SCHULZ & FISCHER". Monogrammed "Bertha" on ornately engraved handle. 6 3/4".
ii. One (1) demitasse spoon stamped "STERLING." Monogrammed "HS" on ornately engraved handle. 4 3/4".
iii. One (1) teaspoon stamped "M ALVIN STERLING." Monogrammed "RMG" on handle. 5 3/4".
iv. One (1) baby spoon stamped "DOO STERLING". 4 1/8"
v. One (1) baby spoon stamped "GORHAM STERLING PAT." Monogrammed "Gene" on the handle. 4 1/2".
vi. One (1) demitasse spoon with ornate floral decoration stamped with Reed & Barton's hallmarks and "STERLING." Inscribed "Gene & Ted 11-28-59" inside the bowl of the spoon. 3 7/8".
vii. One (1) vinaigrette ladle stamped with a stylized "D" and "STERLING PAT'D." 4 3/4".
viii. One (1) clawed sugar cube tongs, stamped with illegible double stamped hallmarks and "STERLING". 3 1/2".
ix. One (1) sterling handled carving set with stainless blade and fork (2 pieces). Stamped "STERLING" on the underside of the handle guards. 9 3/4"(Knife); 8 3/4" (Fork).
Weight excluding sterling handled items : 154 grams.
Weight including sterling handled items : 324 grams.
Condition
Conditions consistent with age and use, may display minor scuffing, small dents, etc.
