OAL: 15.75 in. (case: 5 in. H x 19.5 in. W x 11 in. D)
Condition: Excellent; little to no handling marks; dried grease on parts; brass has some patina from storage; bore is excellent & bright/mint; strong rifling; very light wear on case from display
Includes: French-fit presentation case w/ green velvet lining; grips marked w/ inspector's cartouche; left side of barrel has gold overlay commemorative mark; right side of barrel has gold overlay portraits of Samuel Walker & Samuel Colt; w/ Factory box w/ manual & papers
Marked:Â "C Company" & "U.S." on either side of frame
Provenance: Property from the monumental lifetime collection of a distinguished Dallas, Texas business leader and ranch owner.
