Model: Colt 1871-1872 Open Top
Caliber: 38 Colt & 38 S&W SPL
Barrel length: 7.5 in.
OAL: 13 in.
Condition: Good; wood grips have light handling marks; light handling marks & wear present throughout; some wear on left side of recoil shield; light rust on the butt of the backstrap; bore is excellent & bright w/ strong rifling
Includes: roll engraved cylinder w/ naval scene; leather holster marked "RJT / CO"
Marked: has markings duplicating the markings on Colt 1871-72 Open Top model
Provenance: Property from the collection of the late Marshall E. Kuykendall, of the former 101 Ranch in Hays County.
