Pablo O'Higgins (American/Mexican, 1904-1983), watercolor, "El Manifesto", signed, titled, and dated 1937 lower left, 23 1/4" x 16 1/2" sight, 33 1/2" x 25 1/2" overall,laid down, damage to original matting and mat board (see photos), with significant losses to mat board, multiple scratches and abrasions, the tear above the man's hat is x-shaped and has been glued, minor tears: 1 1/2" vertical in the upper right corner and 2" diagonal in the lower left
