Early 20th-century German model twin cylinder live steam engine by Doll & Co., Nuremberg. Features a horizontal design with painted and nickel-plated guard rail, belt-operated ball governor, and custom wood display base. Crafted in iron, brass, steel, and patinated wood, recently cleaned and oiled for function. Weighs about 8 pounds, measures 165 x 280 x 203 mm. A highly collectible industrial miniature, perfect for display and conversation.
Condition
The overall condition of this Doll & Co. scale engine is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage and all parts are secured in their settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
