A collection of six unopened Buffalo Trace Antique Collection (BTAC) whiskeys representing the 2007 and 2008 annual releases. The lot includes George T. Stagg Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (2007 and 2008), Thomas H. Handy Sazerac Straight Rye Whiskey (2007 and 2008), Eagle Rare 17 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (2008), and Sazerac 18 Year Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey (2008). Accompanying the collection are the original Buffalo Trace Distillery release letter and individual production fact sheets detailing each whiskey’s distillation dates, barrel selection, warehouse locations, bottling specifications, and tasting notes.
Introduced in 2000, the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection has become one of the most anticipated annual whiskey releases in the world. Issued in limited quantities, the collection showcases mature bourbon and rye expressions from Buffalo Trace Distillery’s most celebrated labels, pairing the barrel-proof George T. Stagg and Thomas H. Handy with the aged Eagle Rare 17 Year and Sazerac 18 Year.
Dimensions: Six 750 ml bottles comprising: George T. Stagg Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (2007, 144.8 proof; 2008, 141.8 proof); Thomas H. Handy Sazerac Straight Rye Whiskey (2007, 134.8 proof; 2008, 127.5 proof); Eagle Rare 17 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (2008, 90 proof); and Sazerac 18 Year Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey (2008, 90 proof).
