- Lot Description
A 14K gold oval tray by Tiffany & Co., New York, featuring a reeded border surrounding an engine-turned oval well with a vacant cartouche. The reverse is stamped TIFFANY & Co., Makers, 14K, 2, M, and the gold content has been confirmed by XRF analysis. Solid gold desk and vanity accessories of this type were produced in limited numbers for Tiffany’s discerning clientele.
Dimensions: 3 x 0.5 x 6 in. Weight: 76 grams.
Shipping: Free Sacramento pickup. Shipping via FedEx within the continental U.S. for $40 plus 1.5% insurance (unless waived in writing).
Condition
Very good overall condition with light surface wear and handling marks consistent with age and careful use. Marked 14K and confirmed by XRF analysis.
