Shipping Charges. Unless a Lot description states otherwise, the following charges for shipping, handling, and insurance apply per invoice, based on the invoice total of Hammer Price plus Buyer’s Premium:
All Lots won in the same auction ship together on one invoice when practical. Local pickup is available only with GCA’s advance approval. Visible damage or missing contents must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery.
Shipping. GCA is not required to ship Property until all amounts then due have been paid in cleared funds and all required verification is complete. GCA will arrange delivery and select the carrier, service level, packaging, insurance or shipment protection, signature requirements, and other delivery safeguards.
Unless the applicable Lot description, invoice, or other transaction-specific terms expressly state otherwise, the winning Buyer is responsible for GCA-approved packing, outbound shipping, insurance, signature, handling, and delivery charges. GCA may collect those charges before shipment and may pay, waive, reduce, or subsidize some or all of them for a particular Lot or transaction.
Any charges allocated to the Buyer will be disclosed by amount, reasonable estimate, or calculation method before being charged. The Buyer is also responsible for additional costs caused by special instructions, inaccurate information, address or delivery changes, refusal, failed delivery, redelivery, storage, or other circumstances attributable to the Buyer.
International Buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and similar destination-country charges.

Global Card Auctions, LLC • Florida Auction Business License AB4273
When displayed on an auction page, these Auction-Specific Terms apply solely to that auction, as identified by its title, number, dates, and other displayed information. When displayed elsewhere on the GCA platform, they state GCA's default terms for its online auctions, which apply to each auction unless that auction's page states otherwise.
Governing Documents: Bidder Terms and Conditions · Website Terms of Use and Platform Agreement · Shipping, Insurance & Delivery Policy · Privacy Policy. These documents are also available under “Legal” in the footer of GCA’s website. Marketplace (Buy Now) purchases are not auctions. They are governed by the Website Terms of Use and Platform Agreement and the terms shown on the listing and at checkout, not by these Auction-Specific Terms.
1. Relationship to Other Terms
These Auction-Specific Terms supplement GCA's Bidder Terms and Conditions, accepted by each bidder during registration, and GCA's Website Terms of Use and Platform Agreement, available under "Legal" in the footer of GCA's website. Each agreement is incorporated into these Auction-Specific Terms by reference. If these Auction-Specific Terms conflict with either incorporated agreement, these Auction-Specific Terms control solely for this auction. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings stated in the Bidder Terms or, if not defined there, in the Website Terms of Use and Platform Agreement.
2. Auction Status — Without Reserve
Unless a particular Lot conspicuously states otherwise before bidding begins, each Lot is offered WITHOUT RESERVE. Any Lot approved for a Seller Minimum Price (reserve or minimum bid) will be expressly identified in the Lot title or description before bidding begins.
After bidding begins on a Lot offered without reserve, GCA will not withdraw the Lot unless no bid is received within a reasonable time or withdrawal is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. A Consignor may not add, increase, or otherwise change a reserve after bidding begins.
3. Buyer's Premium
Unless a different percentage is conspicuously stated for this auction before bidding begins, the Buyer's Premium is twenty percent (20%) of the Hammer Price. If the winning Bidder registered for or placed bids in the auction through the Bidsquare marketplace (bidsquare.com or a Bidsquare app) rather than directly through GCA's website, an additional Buyer's Premium of five percent (5%) of the Hammer Price applies, for a total Buyer's Premium of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Hammer Price. GCA may pay all or part of the additional Buyer's Premium to Bidsquare as a platform fee. The Buyer's Premium will be added to each winning bid and is part of the total purchase price. Applicable taxes and any separately disclosed charges are additional.
4. Timed Online Bidding, Extended Close, and Platform Issues
The opening time, scheduled closing time, bid increments, and other timing information displayed on the auction page form part of these terms. If a valid bid is received during the final thirty (30) minutes before a Lot's then-current closing time, that Lot's closing time will extend by fifteen (15) minutes. Each later valid bid received during the final thirty (30) minutes before the Lot's then-current closing time will extend that closing time by another fifteen (15) minutes. Extensions continue until a Lot's then-current closing time passes without a valid bid received during the final thirty (30) minutes before it. GCA's platform clock and records control, subject to the Bidder Terms.
In the event of a tie, timing discrepancy, conflicting records, or bidding dispute, GCA may determine the successful bid based on the auction platform's records and the applicable auction rules.
GCA does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Bidsquare, GCA's website, or any internet, telecommunications, software, hosting, or other system used in connection with the auction. GCA is not responsible for a bidder's internet connection, device failure, failure to submit or transmit a bid in time, or any outage, delay, malfunction, or interruption outside GCA's reasonable control.
Before a sale is complete, or afterward only to the extent permitted by applicable law, GCA may extend, pause, reopen, reschedule, or cancel bidding for an affected Lot or auction when reasonably necessary because of a material platform failure, communications outage, bidding error, fraud concern, or other circumstance affecting the fairness or integrity of the auction. GCA's platform records and reasonable determination concerning the effect of any interruption will control, subject to the Bidder Terms.
5. Payment
The complete invoice is due by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the third (3rd) calendar day after the invoice is issued or made available through the Buyer's account. Payment by an Eligible Credit Card is subject to the three percent (3%) Credit Card Surcharge described in the Bidder Terms, which will be separately stated on the invoice. Payment methods, verification, card authorization, automatic charging after the deadline, collection costs, and Buyer-default remedies are governed by the Bidder Terms.
6. Shipping Information and Taxes
The terms displayed in the separate "Shipping Info" section for this auction are incorporated into these Auction-Specific Terms by reference. If the Shipping Info section conflicts with another incorporated agreement, the Shipping Info section controls solely with respect to shipping, delivery, packing, insurance or shipment protection, handling, signature requirements, and related charges for this auction.
GCA will collect and remit sales, use, or similar taxes when required by law. A Buyer claiming exemption must provide timely and valid documentation acceptable to GCA.
7. Lot Descriptions, Corrections, and Auction Errors
Lot descriptions, estimates, condition disclosures, grading or authentication information, images, titles, dates, times, bid increments, and other auction information are provided in good faith but may contain typographical, clerical, cataloging, technical, or posting errors.
GCA may correct, clarify, or supplement auction or Lot information by updating the auction page or Lot description or by posting or announcing a correction. Any correction, clarification, or supplemental notice posted or announced before completion of the sale becomes part of these Auction-Specific Terms and controls over inconsistent earlier information.
If GCA posts a material correction to a Lot after bidding has begun, a Bidder whose bid was placed before the correction may ask GCA to cancel that bid before the Lot closes, and GCA will not unreasonably refuse.
For Lots in a third-party grading or authentication holder, GCA does not accept authenticity or grade claims; the Buyer's recourse is described in Section 10 of the Bidder Terms.
Subject to Section 2 and applicable law, GCA may reject an affected bid, correct its auction records, or take other commercially reasonable action necessary to address a material cataloging, posting, platform, or clerical error.
Each Lot description, condition disclosure, image set, announcement, correction, and other conspicuous notice posted for this auction is incorporated into these Auction-Specific Terms. All matters not expressly addressed here are governed by the Bidder Terms and the Website Terms of Use and Platform Agreement.
8. Sold As Is
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE BIDDER TERMS OR THE WEBSITE TERMS OF USE AND PLATFORM AGREEMENT, EACH LOT IS SOLD "AS IS," AND GCA MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Bidders should review Lot descriptions and images and ask questions before bidding.
By registering for this auction or submitting a bid, the bidder confirms acceptance of these Auction-Specific Terms and the incorporated agreements.
