Auction Description
Our summer sale of magicana is set to include collectibles in all familiar categories, including vintage posters, apparatus, antiquarian books, and ephemera. Highlights include rarities advertising the shows of the Hanlon Brothers, early and uncommon conjuring catalogs, and relics from the career of Howard Thurston. A strong selection of nineteenth century conjuring-related prints, along with a large offering of Germain-made micro-magic will also be included. Previews take place in our Chicago gallery August 22 - 24, from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
