Mt. Washington (American, 1837-1894), possibly Thomas Webb & Sons (English, 1837-1990) late 19th century. Shiny Burmese glass trumpet vase or single epergne having a nine crimp ruffled mouth in rose pink over the tapering body in salmon yellow. Vase is mounted in a gilt metal and oak leave and acorn embossed patinated circular base. Vase fluoresces nicely under black light. Approximate height 13.25", diameter of base 3.6".
Excellent condition. No repairs or damage noted to the vase. Vase is not glued in to the base. Base has some pitting and minor areas of loss of finish.
