20th century, Southwood Furniture (American, founded 1973) exposed mahogany elements; curved crest with bundled sheaves of wheat carving; reeded arms; polychrome striped upholstery; fluted baluster arm supports with bundled sheaves of wheat inlay at the corner blocks; rising on fluted bulbous front legs with peg feet and sabre legs to the back.
