- Lot Description
Printed reward broadside issued by the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway and American Express Company offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals involved in a train robbery near Muskogee, Oklahoma, October 26, 1915. Text details the circumstances of the hold-up, descriptions of the suspects, and lists stolen American Express money orders, checks, and travelers’ cheques. Dated October 27, 1915, St. Louis, Missouri, with printed names of company officials.
Black ink on paper, presented under glass with gilt liner in a molded wood frame.
Dimensions: 16.5” x 14.5” framed. 11 5/8” x 9 3/8” sight.

Condition: Paper with toning, fold lines, and minor creasing consistent with age; some discoloration visible; not examined out of frame. Frame with surface wear; gilt liner showing oxidation and losses; backing later. Two small areas of writing top right corner quadrant.
