A framed lithograph depicting San Francisco and its harbor. The lower margin reads, “SAN FRANCISCO. 1854,” with a numbered key identifying landmarks including North Bay, Contra Costa, Yerba Buena Island, California Exchange, Plaza, Leonard’s Warehouse, Rincon Point, Market Street Pier, California Street Wharf, Central Wharf, Ward’s Telegraph, and Angel Island. Published for the History of the World by Henry Bill, New York, and entered according to Act of Congress in 1852. Presented in a wood frame with mat.

Condition
Visible toning and discoloration, particularly along the margins and mat opening. A vertical fold line through the center consistent with original issuance. Minor waviness and light foxing. Not examined out of frame. Please see photos.
