Hand-coiled pottery jar of globular form with slightly flared rim, decorated in black and red mineral pigments on a buff ground. The exterior features geometric banding with stepped motifs, triangular panels, and intersecting linear elements encircling the body. The design layout and palette are consistent with traditional Pueblo pottery of the American Southwest, likely Zuni or Acoma in style. The surface shows visible wear and patina consistent with age and handling. Circa mid 20th Century. Rounded bottom. Sits upright after carefully initially holding to settle in place.
