- Lot Description
Attributed to James Carlin, American, 1906 to 2005, watercolor on paper painting. The artwork depicts a street view of a seaside town, presumably Naples, Italy. Unsigned. Matted and framed. James Carlin, an internationally acclaimed artist, was a master in the watercolor medium. He was active from the years before World War II through the 1970s. His travels took him to Mexico, France, Portugal and Ireland which are well-represented in his work along with local scenes of Nutley, NJ. Collectible Graphic Art, Mediterranean Town Landscape.

Purchaser understands, acknowledges, and agrees that any Lot won from ANTIQUE ARENA must be picked up within fourteen (14) days of the auction date. Purchasers who have not collected their Lots within fourteen (14) days, will be charged storage fees of $5.00 per Lot, per day. Additional fees apply to oversized lots.
In the event the property is not removed from ANTIQUE ARENA's premises within one hundred and eighty (180) days the property may be offered for sale to recover any past due fees and expenses incurred in connection with such sale, including storage and moving fees, attorney's fees and expenses, and a 25% seller's commission.
