A substantial openwork sterling silver belt buckle featuring an elegant symmetrical design with scalloped and fan-like motifs radiating from a central turquoise cabochon. The stone is set in sawtooth bezel and framed by a twisted rope wire contrasting beautifully with the high-polished silver. The verso is stamped "WBH" and "Navajo", likely identifying the maker as Wilford (or Wilfred) B. Henry, a Navajo silversmith.
