  Of oval form hand painted miniature portrait of Queen Louis of Prussia, signed in the lower right, under glass, after Josef Grassi (1757-1838), in girl carved wood frame, overall 6" x 5"x. 1-3/8". Provenance: old private collection, Pittsburgh, PA, by descent in the family to the current owner.

  Condition

  Very good portrait, frame with some wear, distress lines, no backing.
