• Lot Description
  A carved stone zoomorphic figure, possibly representing a lion or mythical beast, rendered in a stylized crouching pose with intricate incised and pierced detailing throughout. The body is adorned with concentric circles, floral and geometric motifs, and openwork sections. The surface bears a mottled ochre and cream patina, suggestive of age and mineral deposits.

  Condition

  Good overall with surface wear, encrustation, and scattered losses to pierced areas; minor chipping consistent with age.
