• Lot Description
  "Heat", 2014. Aluminum (found cans), wire, soot.

  Condition

  Good, sold unassembled. The work comprises numerous hand-cut aluminum butterflies, each with wire antennae and mounting pin, individually bagged and boxed at the time of cataloguing; the element count has not been verified against artist or consignor documentation. Elements are numbered in white for installation. Those examined are sound, with minor bending to some wing edges, antennae and mounting pins, and light surface scuffing. The soot-blackened surface is friable and readily marked by handling. Professional installation required. No installation diagram or artist documentation observed with the lot.
