• Lot Description
  Art Deco ceramic ashtray, in a soft blush pink glaze featuring a central relief of a bull standing on rocky terrain. The rim is molded with four recessed cigarette rests, marked to the underside, 5-3/4" diameter. Lot accompanied by a French wall bracket with mirror, late 19th century, featuring a convex mirror framed by elaborate foliate scrolls, rose blossoms, and tassel motif at the base. Rich dark finish with some minor surface wear and chipping consistent with age, 10-3/8"H x 7-1/2"W x 4-3/4"D. Lot offered with Warman's Rookwood pottery book.
