• Lot Description
  Three carved jade pendants in pale celadon stone with russet skin inclusions: a melon with leaves and curling tendril; a bird with head turned back among leafy stems; and a group of overlapping lotus leaves with coiled stem.

  Condition

  Very Good. All three pendants intact, with no cracks or repairs observed and the openwork and suspension holes sound. A small chip to one edge of the melon pendant, paler than the surrounding surface; minor nibbling elsewhere and light surface scratching, with dirt in the carved recesses. Russet skin and grey tonal areas are natural to the stones. Not professionally tested.
