• Lot Description
  Three jade pendants: a pale celadon bi disc incised in radiating panels with archaistic characters; a greyish-white bi disc carved in low relief with comma spirals; and a smaller honey-toned roundel pierced and carved with a shou medallion within a scrolling foliate border.

  Condition

  Very Good. All three pendants intact, with no cracks or repairs observed and the openwork of the small roundel complete. The incised disc with a matte, lightly altered surface, scattered chalky flecks and a small russet spot; minor nibbling to the rims of all three and light surface scratching. Dirt in the incised lines and carved recesses. Russet and grey markings are natural to the stones. Not professionally tested.
