BLANKET CONDITION STATEMENT
Unless otherwise specifically noted in an individual lot description, all slabbed or graded cards, sealed products, and individual packs are presented in their current condition and have been stored in a protected environment while in the Auctioneer’s possession.
SEALED PRODUCTS & PACKS
Items described as “sealed” appear, based upon reasonable visual inspection, to retain factory wrapping, seals, crimps, or other packaging consistent with an unopened product. The Auctioneer does not open, unwrap, disassemble, weigh, X-ray, scan, or otherwise inspect the internal contents of sealed products or packs.
Factory wrapping, seals, crimps, adhesives, and packaging methods may vary by product, manufacturer, country of origin, age, and production run. The Auctioneer makes no independent representation or warranty that factory seals, shrink wrap, crimps, adhesives, or other packaging have not been altered, repaired, replaced, resealed, or otherwise modified unless expressly stated in the individual lot description.
Shrink wrap, boxes, tins, cases, and other exterior packaging may exhibit factory, shelf, storage, age-related, or handling wear, including but not limited to small tears, pinholes, punctures, nicks, scratches, scuffs, loose or uneven wrapping, dents, creases, crushing, edge or corner wear, warping, discoloration, fading, sticker or adhesive residue, or other imperfections.
Individual packs may exhibit crimp wear, wrinkles, abrasions, edge wear, minor tears, pinholes, discoloration, or other factory-, age-, storage-, or handling-related wear.
No representation or warranty is made regarding the weight of any product or pack; whether a pack has previously been weighed or selected based upon weight; print runs or variations; error cards; internal contents; completeness; collation; pull rates; card centering; card condition; card grade; or the presence, absence, rarity, or value of any particular card, promotional item, insert, accessory, or other contents.
Sealed products and packs are sold based upon their visible exterior condition and the information reasonably available to the Auctioneer.
GRADED & SLABBED CARDS
For cards encapsulated or graded by PSA, CGC, Beckett/BGS, SGC, AGS, or any other third-party grading or authentication service, all grades, qualifiers, designations, attributions, labels, and authenticity determinations are solely the opinions and representations of the identified third-party grading or authentication company.
The Auctioneer has not independently graded the cards and does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy or continued validity of any third-party grade, attribution, designation, certification, population information, or authenticity determination.
Slabs, holders, labels, and encapsulations may exhibit scratches, scuffs, chips, cracks, label wear, internal debris, Newton rings, frosting, separation, or other cosmetic imperfections that may not be readily apparent in photographs.
The Auctioneer makes no representation or guarantee regarding the grade or designation a card may receive if it is subsequently reviewed, regraded, reholdered, cracked out, or submitted or crossed over to another grading service.
PHOTOGRAPHS, DESCRIPTIONS & INSPECTION
Photographs form an important part of each lot's condition description. Prospective bidders are responsible for reviewing all available photographs and lot information before bidding and are encouraged to request additional photographs or information prior to placing a bid.
Condition terminology is subjective. References such as “good,” “very good,” “excellent,” “clean,” “sealed,” or similar descriptive terms represent general observations and are not guarantees of a particular numerical grade, grading standard, or condition.
Any material condition issue actually known to the Auctioneer that is not reasonably apparent from the photographs will be disclosed when known. Minor imperfections may not always be visible in photographs because of lighting, reflections, resolution, angle, or the nature of the packaging or holder.
AS-IS SALE & BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, based upon its condition at the time of sale. The entire risk as to the quality, condition, authenticity, contents, and performance of the property is with the buyer, except for any express representation specifically made by the Auctioneer in writing.
Bidders are responsible for conducting their own review and due diligence before bidding. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that the bidder has reviewed the photographs and available description, has had the opportunity to request additional information or photographs, and is satisfied with the condition and description of the lot.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, packaging wear, cosmetic condition, third-party grading opinions, subsequent changes in grading standards or population reports, the contents or condition of sealed products, pull results, or a bidder's subjective assessment of condition are not grounds for cancellation, return, chargeback, or refund.
The cost of shipment will be Buyer's full responsibility. In-house packaging and shipping may be available. All quotes are based upon the size and weight of the package as indicated by the carrier and all will include insurance as well as signature confirmation in most cases and will be handled through USPS or FedEx.
