As a courtesy, Billionaires Art Collection may offer in-house shipping for select items weighing under 60 pounds, when the item can be safely packed and shipped by our team. In-house shipping is not guaranteed and will be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on the size, weight, fragility, value, and destination of the item.
For oversized, heavy, fragile, life-size, monumental, or freight-required pieces, the buyer is responsible for arranging professional pickup, packing, crating, freight, and delivery. Upon request, Billionaires Art Collection may provide a shipping quote for large or life-size pieces. Please allow up to three business days for shipping quotes to be prepared.
The buyer is responsible for all packing, handling, shipping, insurance, freight, customs, duties, taxes, import/export permits, and delivery costs. Failure to obtain a shipping quote before bidding does not cancel the sale or remove the buyer’s obligation to pay.
Billionaires Art Collection is not responsible for any damage, loss, delay, claim, packing issue, delivery issue, or additional cost once an item has been released to the buyer, the buyer’s representative, or any shipping carrier.
