Constantin Meunier (1831 - 1905), an etching by Leonard Baskin (1922 - 2000) was executed around 1969/70. Meunier was an important European Social Realist in the late 19th C, who inspired Baskin to commemorate him in this etching, a form of which Baskin is regarded as a master.
There are several editions of this print - a lot of 175, another of CLXXV, and the one we have of C (100), probably for the Japanese market. It still has its tag from the 1980s or so from where it was sold in a furniture store.
Matted, glazed, framed. Signed and numbered in pencil. The framing is very heavy.

Print appears to be in excellent condition; the matting not so much - it has damp staining and other age degradations.
