- Lot Description
Eleven (11) Charley Harper (Ohio/West Virginia, 1922-2007) related art items. 1st and 2nd items: Two (2) screen prints: "Hexit" depicting a barn owl, pencil signed lower right and numbered 1474/1500, and "Brrr Day" depicting a mother and baby penguin, pencil signed lower right and numbered 787/2500. Both housed in modern chrome frames. Hexit sight: 16 3/4 in. H x 16 in. W. Hexit framed: 23 1/4 in. H x 22 1/2 in. W. Brrr Day Sight: 18 5/8 in. H x 14 3/8 in. W. Brrr Day Framed: 25 1/2 in. H x 20 3/4 in. W. 3rd-10th items: Four (4) unframed Cincinnati Nature Center wildlife offset lithograph posters, each depicting various types of wildlife during one of the four seasons, all printed in 1979 and all signed by Charley Harper together with the legend for each one. Posters: 14 in. H x 21 3/4 in. W. Legends: 8 1/2 in. H x 14 in. W. 11th item: Cincinnati Nature Center signed Charley Harper offset lithograph poster, dated 1977, unframed. 22 in. H x 17 in. W.
Condition
All items are in overall very good condition. Serigraphs not examined out of frames. 11th item with minor foxing, primarily visible in margins and text.

Payment must be received no later than five (5) days after the sale.
Unless you are a known customer of Case Auctions, payment for all gold, precious metal, and gem lots must be made by bank wire transfer, ACH, certified bank check, or money order. No exceptions.
If you pick up your lots from any of our galleries, Tennessee state sales tax will apply. Sales tax will only be waived if you provide a valid resale certificate from your state of residence.
If paying with a credit card, a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied to the final sales price (i.e. hammer price + buyer's premium + applicable taxes). If you have a credit card on file with Case, any winning bids will be automatically charged (up to $3000) along with applicable fees 72 hours after you receive your invoice unless other arrangements have been made.
