1st item: Alfred Hugh Fisher (United Kingdom, 1867 - 1945) watercolor, gouache, and drawing seaport painting on paper depicting a dock with manned boats and a village in the distance. Pencil signed lower margin "A. Hugh Fisher" and titled lower right "Study". Float mounted and housed in a carved silvered wood frame. Painting: 12 5/8 in. H x 18 1/4 in. W. Framed: 21 1/4 in. H x 26 3/4 in. W. 2nd item: Willem J. Leenders (Netherlands, 1854-1930) watercolor on paper depicting a village harbor scene with a large windmill in the center of a small village with boats moored in the harbor. Signed lower right. Housed under glass in a carved gilt wood frame. Sight: 23 5/8 in. H x 17 5/8 in. W. Framed: 30 in. H x 24 in. W.
Condition
1st item: Paper with pin holes, fold lines, and wear to edges and corners, image overall good condition. Frame with minor scattered abrasions. 2nd item: Painting overall very good condition. Frame with minor scattered abrasions and losses.
