Depicts two women, left foreground, before a panoramic view of the city of Pisa, Italy, the surrounding countryside, and the Adriatic Sea, middle and background. The river, sea, and other points of interest are labelled, including the "Neuilar Castello", right background. Housed in giltwood frame with bronze colored matte. Sight - 15 1/4" H x 19 1/8" L. Framed - 23 1/4" H x 27 1/2" L. 2nd item: "Moscovia Parte Orientale" engraved map by Vincenzo Maria Coronelli, published in Venice, 1690. Depicts the eastern part of Russia, extending to "Gran Tartaria", far right. Cities, towns, marked with small structures, forests, rivers, bodies of water, and other points and peoples of interest, identified or rendered. Elaborate title cartouche, top right, scale of miles, bottom right. Housed in giltwood frame with bronze colored matte. Sight - 23 3/4" H x 17 3/4" W. Framed - 31 3/4" H x 25 3/4" W. Not examined out of the frame. 2nd item: Two 1/8" areas of damage to paper, lower left. Slight toning along paper crease, middle. 1/2" and 1" lines of toning, top middle. Scuffs on surface of paper. Not examined out of the frame.
