A classic Model 403 armchair by Alvar Aalto, executed in bent birch plywood with a warm honey-toned finish. Designed in 1932, the chair exemplifies Aalto pioneering approach to laminated wood and the integration of organic form with industrial production. Height: 30.5 in. Width: 21 in. Depth: 22 in. Seat Depth: 17.5 in. Seat Height: 16 in.
