Set of three 25, 380, 9MM, Salesman samples to show how the pistols work. Cased in Browning black leather case with red lining. All three guns are finished in blue. A factory letter from Brent Cole, Service Manager of Browning states: This letter is to reference the "Three Gun Set" of cut-a-away Browning pistols owned by Dr Frank L. Paletta.
This unusual set of pistols was specially made and assembled at the F.N. Factory in Belgium during the mid 1950"s. The "cut-a-away" feature is to allow these pieces to be used as a training vehicle in the instruction of the mechanical functions of these pistols.
Since these pistols are "cut-a-away," they cannot be fired. As a result, they are not classified as a true firearm and carry no serial numbers.
Because of the limited need for this type of training aid, very few cut-a-ways were made, (making them a rare find); especially as a full set of three and a very desirable addition to a collection of fine and unique firearms.

All three pistols were refinished, most likely by the FN. Casing is excellent. Overall excellent for this very rare set.
