Cylinder Music Box with Bells and Dancing Bisque Doll
Probably Continental (Swiss), late 19th-early 20th century. A cylinder music box with a single comb, having two saucer bells, painted bee strikers, and a dancing bisque doll, all housed in an inlaid and decaled rosewood-grained case on block feet; ht. 7.75, wd. 15, dp. 10.25 in. (closed).
Some surface wear to case as would be expected with age and use, including some small nicks and scratches. Lid with losses to decal and inlay. One bell missing painted flower attachment. Cowan's does not guarantee the working condition of music boxes.
