English Tea Caddies
English, late 18th-early 19th century. Two tea caddies, one in applewood with lightwood crossbanding, of octagonal form with an ivory kite-form escutcheon. Plus one with mixed wood inlays, of rectangular form and having a slightly domed lid, both with two lidded interior compartments; octagonal caddy ht. 5, wd. 7.25, dp. 4 in., rectangular caddy ht. 4. wd. 7.75, dp. 4 in.

Both with age cracks and with ill-fitting interior compartment lids.
