Royal Worcester Gilt Decorated Potpourri
English, late 19th century. A large Royal Worcester porcelain potpourri, with applied leaf-form handles, a pierced neck of leaves and griffins above ribbon-tied swags, the lid with molded leaf decoration and surmounted by a flaring conical finial, having heightened gilt fern frond motifs to the body, with factory mark and 1428 / 142778 to underside; ht. 12.25 in.
