Walnut Corner Cupboard
American (possibly Union Village or Whitewater Shakers), 19th century. A one-piece corner cupboard in walnut, the top above a plain frieze and double inset-paneled doors opening to a salmon-painted interior with three shelves, the back of the shelves having incised plate grooves, over another set of paneled doors before a similarly painted interior with one shelf, the whole flanked by canted stiles; ht. 79, wd. 48.25, dp. 20 in.
Some surface wear as would be expected with age and use. Upper section with replaced hinges at top and reset/replaced hinges at bottom.
