Set of Eight French Louis Philippe Style Carved Beech Dining Chairs, late 19th c., the curved ladder backs to slip seats on saber legs joined by stretchers, in floral needlepoint upholstery, H.- 34 in., W.- 17 in., D.- 18 in.Condition is consistent with age and use. Overall scuff marks and surface scratches throughout. Needlepoint pattern varies, but overall clean look and a charming set. Two chairs with flower bouquet needlepoint. One chair needs underside webbing to be replaced for better structure. Another chair has a noticeable scrape on front of chair.
