Set of Four French Louis XV Style Carved Mahogany Fauteuils, 19th c., the arched scrolled curved shield shaped upholstered back over upholstered arms, to a bowed upholstery seat, on cabriole legs with ormolu sabots, in yellow and green floral fabric with iron tack decoration, H.- 40 1/2 in., W.- 24 in., D.- 27 in. (4 Pcs.)Condition consistent with age and use. All four are sturdy. Wear and staining to fabric: one has small tear in backing fabric. Heavy scratches to backs of crest rails. Some dents and scratches to arm supports and legs. Some pinholes, possibly from previous pest damage, to back and side seat rails.
