Fair market value: $1,500Information provided by the Artist: Ray & Nia (duo artists) are textile artists based in Bangkok, Thailand, and partners for over ten years. Ray grew up around his family’s embroidery factory, and together they developed their practice through years of working alongside the garment and embroidery industry. Using photography, manual digitizing, and industrial embroidery, they reconstruct personal memories through thread. Their works explore the relationship between image, material, and memory, translating quiet, lived moments into tactile form.

To pick up your artwork at the Crocker Art Museum, appointments will be available on Sunday, June 14 and Monday, June 15. Buyers may also ship their work at their own expense. Upon payment of the invoice, winning bidders will receive more information about artwork pick up and shipping.
