- Lot Description
There are two vintage cotton nightgowns with one having sleeves and the other being sleeveless. The sleeveless nightgown features crochet lace along the upper torso with the bust and straps being created with crochet lace. On the lace, there are flowers on the front while on the back, there is only a thin trim at the top of the neckline. The waist is slightly cinched and there is crochet lace along the hemline of the nightgown. One strap is thinly connected but is possible of breaking. There is a hole along the skirt of the nightgown, several spots, and visible toning. Holes along the back of the nightgown. Also included is a long white cotton nightgown with short sleeves. The edges of the sleeves and the neckline of the nightgown are covered with white crochet lace. There are some faint spots and toning along the nightgown. Laid flat: Length: 39", Shoulders: 15", Bust: 19", and Waist: 20". As for the short sleeve nightgown, Laid flat: Length: 50.5", Shoulders: 17", and Bust: 21". In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for the first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy. Each additional lot we can pack in the same box is $5-10 each.Please note, antique clothing, over 100 years old, and some vintage clothing, may not be suitable wearing. Please consider all photos and descriptions prior to bidding. Please contact Dana Auctions directly with any questions. In House Shipping costs: typically, 1st Clothing Lot Ships for $20-$25, (Smaller Accessories 1st Lot, $10-15), each additional lots are $5-10.
