- Lot Description
There are two huipils and two belts from Guatemala. The first huipil is cropped or for a smaller individual. It is red with vertical bands in pink, blue, green, yellow, purple, and other colors. The neckline features embroidery of flowers in vibrant colors similar to the vertical bands. These flowers are in rows and there is some fading or spots on the front. It measures 21"x31". Also included is a green huipil with lighter green vertical bands. At the collar, there are two embroidered birds and flowers. The neckline has green, blue, pink, white, and orange embroidery. Fringe is along the bottom and it is in good condition. It measures 29"x30.5". There is a brown belt with colorful flowers embroidered on it. Fringe is at both ends with a section where the belt is navy blue and white. The white part of the belt shows some bleeding from the blue dye, there are white spots, and it is in good/fair condition depending on the area. The other belt is in yellow, blue, purple, and green. It features geometric and traditional designs. Fringe is at both ends and it is in good condition. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for the first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy. Each additional lot we can pack in the same box is $5-10 each.Please note, antique clothing, over 100 years old, and some vintage clothing, may not be suitable wearing. Please consider all photos and descriptions prior to bidding. Please contact Dana Auctions directly with any questions. In House Shipping costs: typically, 1st Clothing Lot Ships for $20-$25, (Smaller Accessories 1st Lot, $10-15), each additional lots are $5-10.

In House Shipping is available and we will combine for economy. We will charge a $5 per additional lot within the same box. All items are shipped with Insurance. In person pick up is also available in our Princeton, NJ Auction Facility.
