- Lot Description
Over 100 Vintage sample or textile swatches with conversational designs included with the majority of them being mounted upon white paper. The samples are not huge with pieces ranging from a few inches to being close to a foot or more. There are pieces from the 1940s, textiles from the late 19th century, patterns from the 1960s-80s, and many more eras which are combined. There are paisleys, screws, Victorian women, bows, butterflies, stripes, trains, and many more conversational designs. The majority of the pieces are cotton but there are a few which are paper and some that are polyester. Noticeable fading and toning on a few pieces alongside some spots and holes. This was part of a NYC Archival Collection of Textiles for reproduction and inspiration purposes. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy. Each additional lot we can pack in the same box is $5-10 each. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.Please note, antique clothing, over 100 years old, and some vintage clothing, may not be suitable wearing. Please consider all photos and descriptions prior to bidding. Please contact Dana Auctions directly with any questions. In House Shipping costs: typically, 1st Clothing Lot Ships for $20-$25, (Smaller Accessories 1st Lot, $10-15), each additional lots are $5-10.

In House Shipping is available and we will combine for economy. We will charge a $5 per additional lot within the same box. All items are shipped with Insurance. In person pick up is also available in our Princeton, NJ Auction Facility.
