Property of a Private Collector, Savannah, GA
Description:
Regency Giltwood Convex Mirror, First Quarter 19th Century, the circular convex mirrorplate within a molded surround with spherules, surmounted by a spread winged eagle and curled serpents, ending in a carved shell.Measurements: Height: 45 in. x Width: 33 in.
Condition:
Good condition, some mottling to mirrorplate, old repairs, losses to carved surround on right and left of shell, other chips and losses to gilding.
