A group of five (5) rare United Confederate Veterans ribbons from reunions held in Florida in the early 20th century. Ribbons include:
1. Reunion 3rd Brigade U.C.V. Nov. 24th 1905. Printed red silk ribbon. 1 5/8 x 4 9/16 in.
2. 3d Brigade Reunion / Confederate Veteran / Tampa, Fla. Feb. 19. 1908. White silk ribbon printed in red. 5 7/16 x 1 13/16 in.
3. Camp Loring, No. 1126, U.C.V., Tampa, Florida. Printed red silk ribbon. 5 11/16 x 2 1/16 in.
4. 37th Annual Reunion Florida Division U.C.V. / Marianna, September 27-29, 1927 / Maid of Honor to Special Honorary Sponsorial Staff. Printed blue silk ribbon. 17 3/16 x 2 1/4 in.
5. Thirty-Fourth Annual Reunion Confederate Veterans / Tampa Florida Oct. 21-23 1934. Brass suspension badge with printed paper insert reading "Entertainment Committee" with gilt-printed red silk ribbon. 2 1/8 x 6 3/8 in.
Floridian veterans' items are particularly unusual. The 1910 Organization of Camps in the United Confederate Veterans notes Camp W.W. Loring was located in Brooksville, Florida, and commanded by Gen. J.C. Davant.
