Ninth plate seated studio portrait ambrotype. N.p., n.d. Full leatherette case.
An elegant hand-tinted portrait of a woman, staring directly at the photographer's lens while she gently holds a striped kitten in one hand. Her dress is beautifully printed at the bottom, with an off-shoulder neckline and a cameo brooch festooned at the center. Upon her head is a finely decorated hat, with ribbons streaming down the sides and a feather neatly tucked into the brim.
