Oil on board depicting a striking and provocative composition featuring a stylized clown face alongside a skeletal figure, unified by a bold red handprint dominating the central field. The imagery contrasts innocence and morbidity through simplified forms, graphic outlines, and intense color accents.

John Wayne Gacy is known for his controversial series of clown-themed artworks, which have become widely recognized for their raw, unsettling symbolism. His works often explore duality, identity, and the blurred boundary between performance and reality, making them notable within outsider and criminal-associated art contexts.
