10.12. Regulatory & Export Processing
Where a lot requires export documentation, cultural-property review, customs processing, governmental authorization, or other regulatory procedures, dispatch may be temporarily delayed until the applicable requirements have been completed.
Gallery Arts & Auctions LLC will coordinate or reasonably assist with the procedures necessary for shipment where applicable; however, processing times imposed by governmental authorities, customs agencies, carriers, or other third parties are beyond the gallery’s control.
10.13. All shipping arrangements must be coordinated through the gallery unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing. This requirement helps ensure consistent professional packing, documentation, and handling standards.
