10.1. All items are shipped exclusively from the gallery. Local pickup or in-person delivery is not offered under any circumstances.
10.2. The gallery is solely responsible for arranging, packing, and shipping all items via trusted international carriers such as DHL Express or EMS.
10.3. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, including packaging and insurance (if requested).
10.4. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and specific handling requirements of each item.
10.5. Shipments will only be processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.
10.6. Tracking information will be provided once the package has been shipped.
10.7. All shipments are handled directly by the gallery. Buyers may not arrange independent shipping or use external courier services outside of the gallery's logistics process.
10.8. All lots are shipped from international warehouses or partner logistics centers. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that the shipping origin and delivery times may vary.
10.9. Once payment is complete (within 4 days), the buyer must send proof of payment via email. After payment verification, the seller will be solely responsible for shipping the lots and providing the tracking number within 5 business days of the invoice payment date.
