Whereunto is added the ancient poetical stories of the stars; shewing reasons why the several shapes and forms are pictured on the coelestial globe. Bound in rebound in blindstamped mottled leather, raised bands, gilt spine panels, leather spine label, gilt spine title, marbled endpapers, speckled edge.

With book label on front pastedown endpapers, “Caravan-Maritime Books / 87-06 168th Place / Jamaica, New York 11432.” With paper laid in, “This piece is an endpaper of the 1686 ed. of Moxon, from which the frontispiece portrait of Moxon, was made in facsimile.”
