Opticks: or, A treatise of the reflections, refractions, inflections and colours of light.: the second edition, with additions, by Sir Isaac Newton, Knt.
12 Folded leaves of plates, illustrations. With illustrated and decorative initials. Title-page within a double ruled frame.
Bound in blind stamped speckled leather, raised bands with gilt borders and floral design, red leather spine label with title, "Newton Opticks," speckled edges, decorative gilt spine edges.
