Poor. 2 plates from vol. 1 are loose (plan 1 and 2) with tears. Missing plates 5, 7, 8, and 10 from Vol. 2. Pages warped from humidity. Panels on cover scuffed and rubbed. Corners bumped, scuffed, and rubbed with slight losses. Some toning and dog ears.
Bookplate: "Virtus Mille Scuta" of Effingham. With Ink inscription "Thomas Howard, lyse" likely Thomas Howard, 3rd Earl of Effingham (1746-1791). Howard volunteered in the Russian army in 1770, and in 1775 resigned his commission in the British Army in protest of British war against the American colonies.
