- Lot Description
A fine hand-hammered copper vase in the Art Nouveau Style produced in France at the turn of the 20th century. The piece has a wide, shallow belly and a tall, slender neck, hammered throughout with a scene of a pond, complete with cattails, waterlilies, and a bevy of swans. The top of the neck with decorative stippling and 4 dark, round cabochons. France, c. 1900.H: 19 3/4 in., (50 cm.)Very good with a light patina. Minor scratches and dents in places.
